Our B&B is situated in the village Riccò del Golfo along the state road SS.1 Aurelia, which connects La Spezia with Genova. It is very close to the National Park of the “Cinque Terre”, and at the beginning of the green “Vara Valley” in a distance of a few km from La Spezia. The B&B of Elisabetta and Sandro is a new construction with various arcs, and it is situated above the street. The house is new, and the young owners will welcome their guests in a comfortable and silent building. We are sure that you will feel like home.

On request the landlords will indicate you the shortest way to the National Park of the “5 Terre” (UNESCO World Heritage) with its villages (Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso) which are situated on cliffs high above the sea. You will recognize this place’s uniqueness, when you go along the coast road which starts in La Spezia, and arrives as far as Monterosso, and which “governs” all villages of the territory. Thanks to this street you will be able to admire from high above the whole territory as far as the sea. During your excursions (also on ferry boats) do not forget about the interesting villages of La Spezia’s coast like: Tellaro, Fiascherino, Lerici, S. Terenzo, Portovenere etc. which offer naturalistic beauties as well as culture, history and seafaring traditions.
We would like to point out that some of the most famous paths marked out by the C.A.I. are very close to our B&B, and they are a paradise for trekking fans who can discover by foot or by mountain bike this territory. “Archi di sole” is situated in a perfect strategic position. From here you will reach without any problems the town La Spezia with its military port, and its museums (naval museum, sigillo museum, museum of modern art, picture gallery Lia) as well as the antique town Sarzana with its shops for antiquities, its workshops, its monuments, its fortress etc.
Thank to the close motorway tollgate (Brugnato) our guests will reach without any problems the close and famous villages of the Tuscany’s coast (the whole Versilia) or the marvellous, silent and green Lunigiana (territory of hundred castles).

How to arrive

Highway A12 Livorno - Genoa, La Spezia exit. Continue towards Genoa along the SS. Aurelia. At 425 kilometers find Riccò Gulf, here you have arrived. In straight in the country above the street on your right you will see our structure. Following the A Genoa 12 - Livorno exit Brugnato and continue for 14 km in the direction of La Spezia along the SS.1 Aurelia then as above.
