Casa dei venti

The “Casa dei venti” is the result of a recent thorough renovation, and it is ready for its first season as holiday house, just as desired by the owners Laura and Elisa. It is a characteristic house for the region Liguria, in a small village with a few other houses on a hill of a height of 450 meters. The “Casa dei venti” offers a marvelous panorama which is unique among the villages of the Vara Valley, as you can see from every corner of the house the sea of the Poets’ Gulf as far as the horizon.

Surrounded by a landscape of woods and green hills, situated in a silent and sunny territory, the house is the perfect place for holidays in the nature as well as the perfect base of departure in order to visit the most beautiful villages of the coast starting with the close, magic and unforgettable Cinque Terre, or Lerici and Portovenere, the two characteristic fishing villages which are the Gulf’s West and East End. Casa dei venti” has two independent apartments furnished with a lot of attention and elegant simplicity; the “apartment above” with double room, single room with possibility of an additional bed, dining room and bathroom. Here is place for 3/4 persons; the “apartment below” instead consists of three rooms, one of them with its own bathroom, dining room, another bathroom. Here is place for up to 6 persons.

In front of the house, protected by an antique small church of the 18th century there is an antique garden with terrace which can be used by the guests for sunbathing, having breakfast, preparing a barbecue, relaxing, reading… here they can enjoy every single moment of the day. How to arrive: by car If you are arriving from the North: Motorway A12 Genova- Livorno Tollgate Brugnato , go towards La Spezia. In the village Padivarma, at the turning on the bridge turn left and go towards Beverino. After about 3 km at the first turning on the left go towards POLVERARA , Go straight on for about 4 km, as far as the end of the road. You are arrived! If you are arriving from the South Motorway A12 Livorno-Genova Tollgate La Spezia Cross the town, and got towards Genova, In the district “Chiappa” turn right and take the tunnel “Napoleone” and then the tunnel “Marinasco” ; After having left the tunnel, turn right in the village San Benedetto After 100 meters turn left in Via Valgraveglia with the road sign Beverino, After about 4 km turn right for POLVERARA Go straight on for about 4 km, as far as the end of the road. You are arrived! By train Arrival at the railway station “La Spezia Centrale”. We will wait for you!
